Broken air conditioner, baby sick with fever, unusually high temps for June....BRING ON SUMMER...well it's not "Summer" just yet at our house.  We still have FIVE more days of school.  Yes that's right, schools not out until next week.  We had so many snow days this year where they cancelled school that won't be done until June is half over.

YOU however, might already have kids singing the "Mom, I'm bored" Chorus.  If this tune is already getting stuck in your little ones' heads then I have the perfect giveaway for you!!

Our sponser, Masketeers, is offering a free craft ekit to one of our readers.  With this downloadable ebook, you get 50 printable masks in color or black and white (so your kids can color it).  All you need is a few basic craft supplies to add any special touches you'd want to these paper masks.

Every mom needs an easy craft in her bag of tricks.  I love crafts that I can hand to my kids and they do, while I get some work done.  Of course, it gets even better than that!   This is a craft project that they can make and then PLAY with!!   Your kids can enter the world of imagination, as they pick "who" they want to be and explore the world through new eyes.

When I was young, we loved to spend those long summer days coming up with a new dance or play and then perform it for our parents.  These printable masks will open the door for imagination for your kids!

Or are you planning a birthday party?  These printable masks are a great craft activity to occupy your party goers.  Let the kids pick and decorate their own party mask.  You could create a whole Mask Party Theme.

If you'd like to win Masketeers ebook, all you have to do is check out the Masketeers website, there you'll see the pictures of all the masks.  Pick the mask you think you'd print off first or the one you like the most and LEAVE a COMMENT BELOW telling us which one you like!!

Our favorite mask is, of course, the Pig Mask.  :)

Let’s change the way we shop The other day I had a big discussion with my friend about shopping and realized that people shop very differently. For example, when my friend shops for clothes, she usually looks for cheap stuff that she knows would not last long but is not too concerned about that because after all, she did not pay too much money. I, on…
