This butterfly is made from felt with a clothespin for the body.  It's a really easy craft for kids to do.  There are so many ways that they could decorate this felt butterfly, that each child can really personalize their own.  It's also a easy craft to do with a group of kids.  You could decorate it after you put the clothespin body on if you don't want to wait for drying time before finishing the craft (if you need a craft for a group of kids to be finished all in one sitting)

  • After you are done tracing the circle, cut it out
  • Decorate the felt circle, making sure to not decorate down the middle where you will put on the clothespin
